Orders

 

When placing your Orders a 20% deposit will be required 

Food Handling
"It is the responsibility of the customer to dispose of the food if kept unrefrigerated beyond 4 hours, to comply with UK food standards.
By agreeing to our terms and conditions the client is agreeing to dispose of any food after this set time.
Tiny Surprises cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions to our food consumed after this time."

Dietary Requirements & Allergies
"Please notify of any allergy and dietary requests when booking, however we cannot accommodate special allergy requests due to high risk of contamination.
If you or your guests/clients have a severe allergy please beware that we cannot guarantee if a product is completely free of traces of the main 16 allergens listed below:"

SOCIAL MEDIA
Unless our clients/customers explicitly ask us not to use images taken at their event, we reserve the right to use them on our social media platforms.

DELIVERY
Travel Charges
Travels costs are worked out on mileage. We base our rates on the standard 45p per mile.
Parking
Onsite parking is required for us to unload. So please let us know if this is not the case.

INVENTORY
Tablescape
For events set up with inventory the inventory form must be signed by the client once
we have completed the delivery and set up the job. Any items that are lost or damaged after the inventory has been signed will incur a charge at retail value. All equipment boards, sharing platters and props are for hire only and will be collected by us or must be returned within 48 hours
